I have to admit that the "easiest" solution is taking Paxil. Paxil blunts emotions to a considerable degree. I would not recommend taking it though. I've been on it for 6 years and I feel trapped. Everytime I attempt to taper down off of it, even slowly, I experience terrible withdrawals. The withdrawals tend to be so debilitating that I am forced to go back up onto the original dose. Another thing is that I feel almost like a zombie. My emotions are so blunted. I can't even cry. I miss "feeling." Life is so dull.
What I would recommend is Psychotherapy, possibly Cognitive-Behavioral therapy. Get in a cognitive therapy group where you can interact with others and overcome your fear of public speaking. Exposure is a good tactic for overcoming any phobia. Expose yourself to situations where you talk in front of a group of other people. Over time you may get used to it.
Do A LOT of public speaking.

A VERY efficient method is a practice run in front of one person or a smaller group. Call it a 'test drive', mini-run or whatever you want. For it you must prepare the presentation.
