When your body is under stress you eat up all your b vitamins. You might want to take extra b and that will help calm your nerves.
Yoga, Pilates, go running, walking, reading, vacation, shopping, hit someone lol no I'm kidding about that last one! But keeping your mind busy takes your problems and fades them.
Eliminate problems one at a time.
* RELAXATION TECHNIQUES
o Recognize what activities you consider relaxing.
o Be specific when exploring your options:
–going for walks
–meeting with friends
–reading for pleasure
–listening to music
–taking a bath
o Be realistic about the amount of time that you can dedicate to "downtime".
o This time should be incorporated into your daily routine.

o Begin practicing relaxation techniques
