How long time you have to take B1 after a huge Binge?

Question: After 7 months off the wagon I drank heavily one full week and since it is one m,onth I am still affected by it. My memory is leaking, and my mind is still in past events,
How long time shall I take Vit B1 at the dose of 400 mg /day?

How long will it take for Vit B1 to work? Forever and a day. Sounds like you need medication for depression and not Vit B1. Stay off the wagon and go see your family doctor. Explain to him where your mind is and he can probably prescribe something like Wellbutrin for your mental state.

There's also a good book you can read. It's called "Real Magic" by Dr. Wayne W. Dyer. It teaches you how to be happy, healthy, successful and prosperous in daily living through positive thinking. You need to get out of the past and get on with your life. This book may help. Good Luck!
