You have to talk with a psichiatrist because he can prescribe something lower than Rivotril and she need to left the pills gradually.
It takes a time.
Ans she want to learn to cope with the anxiety or better ask, why she need an ansiolitic?.
Maybe some psicotherahy will help her.

Addiction takes time. Remind her over and over. If she cant stop u do sumthin bout it. Like...um. take da drugs away from her. Hide it?
