I am stopping..?

Question:
my antidepreddant medication. Today is thursday and I took my last pill monday night. I feel like realy wierd. How do I speed up this process? I feeltwitchy...that is the best way to describe it.

Answers:
I feel twitchy all the time too, but thats because im paranoid. But i dont think you should stop taking your medicattion unless you and you doctor have already talked about it. If you have then i guess the only way to speed it up is to take your mind off of it. Try going for a run while listening to music, or join a gym and work out while listening to music. You could go out with friends, bowling, any kind of sport. hang around at the mall if thats what your into. there are a whole host of things to do to keep your mind off of it. Maybe try writing a book.
it has been proven that plastic surgery can improve self-esteem, but can it also act as a natural mood enhancer? A significant number of patients stopped taking antidepressant medication after undergoing plastic surgery, according to a study presented at the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) Plastic Surgery 2006 conference in San Francisco.
Plastic surgery patients are taking a proactive approach in making themselves happier by improving something that has truly bothered them said Bruce Freedman MD ASPS Member Surgeon and study author. "While we are not saying that cosmetic plastic surgery alone is responsible for the drop in patients needing antidepressants, it surely is an important factor.
Firstly, you must slow down your intake of your meds slowly! This is so important! It must be gradual or else you could really go loopy! I've tried before and believe me, I ended right back up on the dose I was having before if not, more. This is because the body and brain are really affected by these medications. You must drop your dose slowly so your body can get used to it.

These medicines are doing more for you than you think.are you really ready to stop taking them? Maybe you're not? If you were ready, your doctor would have told you the right dose for you. I think you may be trying to stop by yourself?

Be real careful babe. I f you are taking upon yourself to do this, please do it real gradual. I suggest now you take even just half or less of what you were taking before, then start taking it down from there. This way you won't go absolutely nuts. Just feel yourself and how you feel, and take it easy!

Let me know?
It takes time for the effects to wear off. It took me about two months to stop feeling swoosy after paxil. Not sure what you were on, but they all take time to get out of your system.
