Antideprssants and sleeping pills?
i have a short time ago started taking the antideprssant sertraline and sofar my only side affects are insomnia and headache i take paracetamol for headache but i dont have anyhing for sleeplessness .
am i allowed to help yourself to any sleeping pills with the sertraline what more or less Nytol can i take them a bit than having to move about to my doctor and he wont be open untill monday! by later i will be crazy!
Answers: Most over the counter sleep aids have diphenhydromine within them which is basically Benadryl..Call your pharmacist and see what he/she say..I feel your aching it sucks starting meds that cause insomnia..

Try taking tylenol PM....does the trick for me!!
