How much water should I drink?
Question:
Answers:
Every person is different, try to start off drinking 1-2 glasses and as your body adjusts you will find you can drink more than that. My wife has this problem because she has a small bladder and to much liquid will have her peeing every 5 minutes.
Consuming enough water will help to cure the constipation.
8 glasses a day is a MINIMUM requirement.
Why wont it happen?
I never used to drink water. My body is now paying the price.
Now I drink two to three litres a day and it is EASY to do. It was VERY HARD at first. I had to build up to it and get into the habit. Now I LOVE to drink water.
The thing is, the body forgets that it is thirsty. Over time if you get into the habit of drinking at least 8 glasses a day your body with thank you for it.
Your body NEEDS water to maintain your health.
OH, by the way, drinking more water will probably help with your migraine problem too.
I think if you were to understand how important drinking water is, you may be more willing to give it your attention.
Best of luck.
The human body will function a whole lot better if you drink between 6 and 8 bottles of pure water every day. If you have the intestinal fortitude to drink a warm cup of water with a quarter, half or even a teaspoon of the hottest cayenne(chili)powder you can get at a good herbal store you will never have migraines ever again or headaches of any kind. After 5 days of drinking the cayenne water(use pure water here too) your blood will have thinned enough that your brain is getting all the oxygen it needs, which alleviates headaches of any kind. You will also have lowered your cholesterol 50 points and have more energy all day. Don't forget to drink the 6 to 8 bottles of pure water too.
See migraine treatments, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris... on page 14. Eat 4 prunes, 2 tablespoons of dessicated/shredded coconut, and some apricots, or peaches daily: forget the fibre tablets. Try 4 x 250 ml glasses of water, and 4 of green, or regular tea, possibly replacing one or two with milk, and/or unsweetened fruit juice.
I have heard many differnt theories on this. some say 8 glasses is the minimum and some say that it is too much. I would say you should drink at least 2-3 8oz. glasses and listen to your body. If you are still thirsty drink more water. Try and always have a bottle of water with you, that way if yo do get the urge you can act immediatly and take a sip or two. I drink about 5-6 glasses a day and i feel fine, I also take fiber supplements sometimes as well. We are all differnt therefore our water requirements are diffent. Listen to your body.it knows best.
