I usually just stay home and watch tv. I'm on a swim team, so that takes up a couple of hours.
I'm very UNDISCIPLINED! I've tried following a schedule, but to no avail. I have ADHD, so I become easily distracted and I wander off to whatever seems interesting.:)
I struggle to get up in the morning, but eventually do. I go for a run – about 3-4 miles, depending on how much I allowed myself to sleep in. I have a protein shake while I cool down, then hop in the shower. I’m lucky in that I don’t have to be at work until 8:30, and live only 20 minutes away. I normally leave the house between 7:50 and 8:00.
I usually take a mental break around 11:00 and jump on the internet. Read my personal emails, check the news headlines. About 12:30 I take my lunch. 3 or 4 days a week I eat at my desk. I read the news or jump on YA for some mindless fun. I normally only take 45 minutes of my allotted hour for lunch, but on Friday’s I’m usually gone for an hour and a half or so, so it kind of evens out.
Afternoons are usually a lot busier around the office than mornings, so I normally work straight through ‘till 6:00. I go to the gym after work – it’s right across the street – and lift weights 4 days per week. In the winter I’ll swim after lifting 1 or 2 days per week if I can’t get outside in the mornings as much.
I usually get home around 8:00 or so. Chicken breast, turkey, or fish for dinner. Protein is important after a workout. Sometimes I’ll go for a walk with my husband – a couple of miles or so. We normally get in bed at around 10:00 and read for about half an hour, then go to sleep.
On days that I don’t go for a run – it’s raining too hard, snowing, or just too dang cold (I live in Chicago) I get to sleep in. That’s always nice. I usually run 5 or 6 days per week. Monday-Friday, weather permitting, and usually Saturday. If I miss a day during the week, oh well. I try not to beat myself up about it too much.
Saturday I usually get up around 8:00 – sometimes later – and go for my run then. Same basic schedule as week days, but after my shower I’ll sit and read the newspaper. If I have nothing planned, my husband and I will watch something we recorded on TiVo or do something fun together – a bike ride and a picnic, or something like that. Saturday night is our party night. We’ll go out, or have friends over, and let our hair down. Sometimes we’re up ‘till the wee hours – occasionally watching the sunrise. Sunday is our day of rest – watching movies or reading. Maybe an evening walk, and to bed by about 10:00, back on our weekday schedule.

pack everyone's tiffin boxes
Go for work along with husband after leaving child to school

keep things ready for next day
play with the child & make him study
have dinner

put child to sleep & then i go to sleep.making sure that i get up early next morning.
