Plz read my last question?

me again lol.
i gave an answer to your last question, and now reading this i think your stressing yourself out! dont be so hard on yourself, many people, of all ages have been in the same position as you, and have felt the same anxieties. i'v had problems with depression and worrying about dying, and the only thing i could say is that i'v read lots of books, watched lots of great psychic medium programmes, have been to see a few spiritualists and I strongly believe that when it's our rite time to die, we go to another world, one that doesnt need to be feared. and meat with family that have went before us, Somepeople would say that i'm not helping, but for me just knowing that when we die its not the end, is very reasuring.
I think that a lot of people have felt how you do at some point in their life, talkin to a doctor or someone you know and trust would really help to end your problem xXx
You don't sound mental.you sound like a normal teenager who wants attention.
People who do have a mental illness feel that they are perfectly normal. You think you're mental----you aren't.
Stop trying to get attention.
Can you spell red backwards...?
no
I read your last question, and there were some good answers on there. It could be your age, it could be you're defensive (I know I was at that age), it could be you're actually a bit mentally ill, it could be you just need to talk to someone who has knowledge of what you're going through. The first person I'd talk with is a counselor (NOT a phsychiatrist--they'll just put you on drugs and ask questions later). Try a psychologist or social worker who is trained in dealing both with young people and with the problems you're talking about.
If you are concerned about your mental health then talk to your doctor.
You said you are 15 and think bad things; think about death.
Have you lost anyone close to you recently? When you are young you think death is so far away. Then it happens to someone you love and it suddenly becomes real.
Please talk to someone love. If you want to e mail me then please do, just click on my avatar and you will get the info.
Its called Puberty. Hormones and the realisation that growing up into adulthood isn't easy.
Seek help from your GP, who should be able to provide counselling, and if necessary, anti-depressents.
Take good care x
hey
you dont have to write in short text to be a teenager... everybody thinks about death at some point. Yes, it is inevitable- but think about what you can do with your life before you die.
For the record, i am also 15.
