I do.it sucks..sometimes... like if im driving under a tunnel i feel like its gonna collaps and were all gonna die...
My husband was in the rear set of a car and it hit him. The first stop light he baled out of the car.
I get it really bad when I sleep and have nightmares of being burried alive. My heart feels like it is jumping out of my chest and my limbs will go numb. I panic and almost faint, I cannot take small spaces that is why I live in a 5 bedroom house and all we got is 3 of us lol.
I've slowly gotten over my fear of being claustrophobic but it never completely goes away. I get anxious when im in an elevator by myself sometimes. I used to be in the military and i had to go thru the gas chamber with the mask on and everything. I almost hyperventialed but i did it.
I cannot scuba dive and just shutting a door in a public bath room gives me a brief panic attack.
