Could you please suggest me any Hair Cream or Shampoo which helps in reducing hair fall.?

Question: I am 27 and my hair fall is considered to be heridatory. Is there any way that I could minimise this by using any hair products? I am not into using medicines. I prefer either Hair Cream, Shampoo or both.
