Well my boyfriend and I have been together for two years. When we first started dateing he drank alot and did alot of drugs, but he lasted a long time in bed. He has been sober for about one year ( dont get me wrong, i am sooo happy he is sober now!) But our sex life has changed alot. he only seems to last no more than 5 minutes..... we have tried useing condoms but that didnt work and he wont go to the doctors because he is embarrassed( he is only 18) so is there anything at home we can try!?!? (he have also tried pintching the tip of his penis when he is about to ejeculate, and it doesnt work )

It sounds like he is very excited that he is gong to have intercourse with you. It is true when he was drinking it did numb the sexual organs. Do y'all live together?. To rememdy his situation i would suggest that you masterbate him before y'all have sex. That at least will delay him for at least twenty minutes. The condoms in my estimation is a no-no regarding this situation. At 18 he is one "horny male". I would either perform oral sex on him to get his excitement to a lower state. Then after that I would continue my love making, and caresses on your friend until he is aroused once more. I think that he may come around.
Normally pre-ejacuation occurs at an early age; or zero experience. Believe me it also happens in adults. . Help him out!
