any other guys with chronic nonbacterial prostititus? anyone actually cured of it?

Question: ive been dealing with prostititus since i was 14 and they cant seem to ever fix it for good, its very annoying and is painfull sometimes when its acting up. i would very much appreciate any advice from anyone who has the same problem
