Question:
I am exploting to pee but then when I try to pee I can't. After a lot of effort I pee a little and it hurts. Yeah I am a guy.

This is not a persistent problem. It happened just now for the first time.

Does anyone know what could be wrong?

Answers:
sounds like a UTI (urinary tract infection). yes, guys can get them. go see the doc.

Other Answers:
keeps happening once in a while if your consumption of water becomes less. lot of uric acid get your organ to burn. water is the best remedy.
The three most likely possibilities are 1) some sort of urinary tract infection; 2) swollen/inflamed prostate or 3) sexually transmitted disease. Go see your doctor first thing tomorrow morning and he/she will get it cleared up. Good luck.
it could be kidney stone. I would go straight to the doctor because you need to get that checked out before it gets worse.
good luck with that.
and get well soon.
Could be a bladder stone, urinary tract infection,or STD get yourself to a doc.

Sounds like a UTI or maybe someother infection I would check with your doctor. Have you starting dating someone new ? Well whatever infection it is you'll need a doctor for med it may not even be an infection it could be something else wrong so the doctor would be the best answer for test results. Good Luck.
probably a UTI
you do not say your age.is this trouble with urination related to an erection that lasted too long (like blue balls), have you had unprotected sex and may have an STD, do you drink plenty of fluids, if not maybe you urine is concentrated (causing the burning) and you need to drink more fluids.coiuld also be a prostate problem if you are an older man (older than 50.)

er doc
It's called the Clap or the Pipe Bends. It's an infection in your tract. The treatment is extremely painful. Next time use a condom!
