Remember everyone develops at their own pace. There is no set age to mature and you should try and not be so concerned with when you "get sperm." You should be focusing on school and sports or music or what ever your passion is. not your sexual development. That will all happen in due time!

how do you know you have no sperm? anyways, im 13 and already have sperm ive been haveing it since i was 10, sperm production starts as early as the age of 8, it could be that you have damaged your testicles or that your testicles arent functioning proparly, or maybe your just a slow producer, you probably do have sperm but havent noticed,

I am 13 and I may or may or may not make sperm, that is a privacy thing that if you really want to know must find out yourself, but I have already undergone some stages of puberty. You cannot tell your body to, and puberty can be as late as high school or more. You will undergo drastic changes, and you do not need to worry about your sexual habits at an age like this. You are not supposed to have sex now, and that is abstenance, or sex before you are old enough. And that is not safe. Worry about more important things in your life right now. Your body will mature when it's ready.

I am assuming you mean that when you orgasm you do not ejaculate any semen. (sperm are found in the semen) You have not entered that part of puberty yet. As your body matures you will eventually begin to shoot semen from you penis. In the mean time enjoy masturbating and not having to clean up after yourself. Masturbation is normal and okay and you should do it as much as you want. Enjoy safe sex.
