guy abs (guys only)?

How can i get six pack abs? I dont have any equipment. Or tapes. please help!!

Abs are partly from muscle development, but not mostly. Everyone has a six pack. Most of us have a couple layers of adipose tissue (fat) over them. You want to see your rectus abdominis? Lose fat - or lose weight. You're going to have to lose quite a bit of weight - like down to under five percent. The normal for young guys can be quite far from that.
Get a trainer. Change your diet, work your abs, good luck.
First, Use the Internet as a resource to find the specific exercises etc you want to use to work the required muscle groups. I'd guess that it's going to revolve highly around various types of sit-ups.

Take note: The abs you see on TV and in Magazines are very very hard to obtain. Getting them is going to take hard work and dedication.
Check out bodybuiding.com for the exercises to do. They have plenty of body weight exercises you can do. One leg squats, push ups, and chin ups are all you need to maintain muscle mass while you diet if you have any fat to lose. Just do crunches and lie on the floor pull your legs to your stomach with your abdominals, then lower your legs to the right, then to the left, then down and repeat. This is probably all you need to do. Do 3 sets of as many as you can do. Get the book The Complete Book of Abs for more exercises.
here's what i do:

take 2 or 3 days a week to work out

in a work out day, do 5 or 6 sets

in each set, i do 50 sit ups and 100 leg raises

10-20 minutes rest between sets, but don't push if you can't do it

and finally take a day in a week to run for 30 minutes to lose weight

i've doing this for one or two months now
although i can't see six packs i can feel them
lots of sit ups, leg raises, drink NO Explode, then do more sit ups and leg raises, do different variations of sit ups also to develop the sides of ur six pack
my abs are ripped your going to need to do all your standard ab excercises and do tons of cardio and stay away from protein shakes just eat alot fo vegtables and stay away from sodas water is the best for losing alot of weight. I am constantly dinking water. IT takes alot fo work to keep abs and some of it is genetics alot fo people do illegal stuff to get them but they are destroying their bodies.
