I have a hard time going to sleep at night and staying asleep. Can anyone help me?

Question:

Answers:
Go talk to your doctor about this. They can prescribe you a medicine that will help you sleep at night. I have the same problem you do. I went to my doctor and they gave me a prescription for a sleep medicine to help me get to sleep. The medicine does work and is nice. I was on Lunesta for a while but it didn't help that much. I was switched to Ambien and that has been a miracle in helping me get a good night of sleep. Going and talking to your doctor is where you need to start at first.

I usaully write in my journal right before bed, it's a good way to get what's off your chest onto hidden paper and what's on your mind off your mind.

If that still doesn't work, I'll take a walk, although usaully I do that before hand.

If that STILL doesn't work. I play computer.

try valerian root if the problem persist see a doctor you may have a sleep disorder you need to talk with your doctor about this problem,i just stayed overnight at a sleep lab last week,i had the same problems that you are having,it is insomnia,..there are several new medications that work really well, like lunesta and ambien.good luck.
