the duration of a morning erection is dependent on 3 factors:
1. how long you wait to have your first pee of the day
2. how long you play with it
3. the temperature

So, if you jump outta bed in a cold house, go pee and leave it alone, it will go down faster than if you lie around in a warm bed masturbating and holding off that pee.

mines only last for a few minutes

The wood I have in the morning only last until I'm able to re leave myself from the bladder fullness. Then it begins to soften. With in about one minute it will be down.

Till you quit paying attention to it. Ignore it and it will go away, so you can pee. Don't try and pee with a full morning erection, you are designed not to pee with one, and if you force it becuase of your full bladder, you can cause problems with your plumbing. If it won't go down quickly, use a cold washcloth. Works most every time.
