What can I do to gain lean muscle mass while maintaining my definition?


Question:
I work out for around 2 hours 7 days a week. I'm currently in Iraq so I need to keep in the best shape possible. I try to eat healthy but I loose weight extreamly fast when I eat only healthy food. I have a pretty high metabolism, but don't want to loose any definition by eating junk food all of the time. I've tried drinking protein and creatine shakes, but they upset my stomach. Any ideas?

Answers:
Keep eating at least six meals a day.chix, tuna, protein, and most definitley cardio.that will keep your muscles in tune. Give yourself 1 day to eat bad. By the way, don't overtrain. It sounds like your are. Everyday for 2 hrs ?? Give yo your body a break. Go like 3- 5 days alternating moves and run every other day.
