I THINK your referring to the foreskin which quite a few people these days get "removed" at birth which I hate ;-; its not "necessary" to have its just more pleasurable to because once its removed a layer of keratin builds on top of the head which decreases pleasure quite a bit er but I think I'm getting a bit to in depth heh either way if you want to help get rid of keratin a bit rubbing pineapple on the head helps Ive heard (and no I'm not trying to get you to do some fantasy >_>) and if you wish your foreskin back its impossible till bout 10-20 years when stem cell research can do it until then you can look up something such as "foreskin restoration" which is usually stretching techniques which stretch what you have left to the way the foreskin looked but it wont have the feeling of a foreskin cuz when they circumcise over 50,000 nerve endings are destroyed which can never be replaced(excluding what I mentioned before) er so ya I think Ive given enough info ^^ your welcome hope it helps!
