It only looks like one is moving because humans aren't perfectly symmetrical. If you notice, one of your balls is bigger than the other and hangs lower than the other; one of your ears is higher than the other; one eye is slightly larger than the other; one foot longer than the other. It's for this reason that this optical illusion happens when you see your ball moving up and down what you check out yer sack. Chances are you're noticing the one that hangs a little lower, and it's just doin' it's thing - keeping the right temperature: not too hot and not too cold. Gotta keep the porrage "just right". Ya know?
So, that said, it's no big deal unless it starts dancing or talking to ya, man.
