shouldn't be an affect

Other Answers:
A hydrocele is just a water collection around the testicle. It does not influence the function of the testicle at all. You can have as many children as you like!
A hydrocoele is an accumulation of fluid in a hernia sac that is in the scrotum. It was removed when you were 12 and the hernia was repaired. It should not recur. You might have another hernia on the other side that was not operated in the future; but it is not likely. As far as fathering a child, it doesn't have any effect on your fertility. So that should not be a problem.
