Guys, how painful is "blue balls?" Does it really exist or is it just an excuse to get laid?

Question:

Answers:
It exists, but its rare.

Simply not having sex does not cause 'blue balls'. Blue balls are caused by being stimulated near the point of orgasm, and then not completing the task. Even then, it doesn't happen every time. Its caused by fluid buildup (blood and lymphatic fluid) that causes pressure.

I've only had it 3 or 4 times in my life, but it was painful, on par with being struck in the testacles, combined with cramping all around my groin.

It will dissipate with time, or can be released via any form of orgasm - masturbation, sex, anything.

very pain full it feels like they are getting ripped off and squeezed at the same time but in a woman's point of view think of a nipple twister but twenty times worse
On a pain scale of 1 - 10, a 1.

But its really uncomfortable, think of it as a nagging itch that you cannot scratch.

It exists.
it exsists, believe me, it is painful but mostly just really really really sensitive. it sucks. why would you do that to a guy? messed up man. girls should get blue puss@@@.
Medically speaking, No blue balls dosent exist. Guys can stop at anytime and be fine.

I belive its just used as an excuse so the girl gives in.

But belive me as a man, It dosent exist. The guy is probably just really horny and thinks that if he wont get laid, that his pecker will be sad lol.
