get some good sleep but if ur condition worsens go 2 a doctor nearby that will be the best solution..he will guide n instruct wat u must do n prescribe medicines 4 headache relief just try to take break as fast as possible u....really need some good rest it's not good 2 overexert urself.....just get a long sleep n eat ur food properly at regular intervals n take the medicines.....u need a break

its obviouse uv stressed your body out way too much. when u present yourself with prolonged stressers your body uses up all its got, including ur antibodies, to help u out. when its all helped out. then ur body enters a phase of exhaustion and can no longer protect its self from anything. u need to rest and recuperate. stress can affect your blood pressure which might be the reason behind ur dizzy spells.theres too much on ur mind. u cant think right so just relax a little. if it goes on for too long u might want to see a doctor.
