If it's clear, it probably isn't very concentrated with sperm. There is probably still a lot of sperm in it, but it could just be dilute. It's possible that they are sterile though.

It just means that they have clear ejaculate. It can healthily vary from clear to yellowish, very thin to almost stringy.
