Is it an Iritable bowle ?

Question: I hardly drink but when i do i generally drink Jack Daniels and coke or smirnoff ice. Last night i had tremendous pains in my stomach almost like heart burn but a lot more painful. I had to race to the toilet and i was sick - and it was charcoal stuff that came up - which worried the life out of me. Sometimes though i can go out and drink more than i did last night which wasn't much and feel fine. I'm wondering if it's anything serious . I'm thirty next year !

Get yourself to the docs straight away, I had the same thing and he had me to the hospital straight from from the surgery, they had me in for 4 days, camera's inside me and tests, it was internal bleeding not I.B.S which you can suffer from with eating rich and spicy food curries etc...hope this dos'nt scare you too much...good luck !!!
