Answers:
Actually, this is pretty normal. I have fat cheeks and once looked up the surgury that would remove some of that fat. the websites cautioned guys about it because you naturally lose fat in that area as you age. If you took out too much, then you'd look gaunt later in life. As long as it isn't too extreme for you, you should be looking better.

if u dont have back teeth it will cause that
I dont freakin know. the reason that peoples cheeks are not sunken in are for 2 reasons 1) enough fat in them 2) the back molars keep them in place and keep them from sinking in. it could be that your teeth have worn down. have you had any changes in your teeth in the past few years?
It's commonly known as "facial fat loss" and is mostly genetic. I have the same problem and I've also maintained a strict exercise program over many, many years. I've found some web sites on Google that acknowledge the issue, but most sites recommend some type of cosmetic surgery in order to replace the fat that has been lost - and will require repeated visits over time.
Perhaps it's just a sign of getting older.
