Im 14. I started some time ago. I have pubic hair on my penis and underarms but they (underarm hair) started appearing before my penis hair. So Im saying some people are different and your underarm hair should come in weeks or months. You're totally normal. Puberty & body changes such as hair are different for each person. For most, pubic hair comes in first, but not always. Some guys get thick facial hair while others hardly get any. Again, some guys get hairy chests while others don't.
You will develop underarm hair, but be patient. Your body will grow & change as it wants.
And, welcome to manhood! Enjoy the remainder of your youth & boyhood while you still can.
