Is havin sex four or five times in a week harmfull for health.?

Question:
If yes than what should be done to keep oneself healthy and fit, without reducing sex to once or twice in a week

Answers:
No, no problem. As long as you and your partner (spouse) are std-free and monogamous. And it's good cardiovascular exercise. :)

Other Answers:
NO NOT HARMFUL
No. In fact, sex once a day is a great way to get exercise. I honestly don't think you can have sex too often
you should have sex once a week so you wont get pergnet and also you should know your health very well
If you are only having ONE partner and you are using protection, then there is nothing wrong with having sex tht many times a week. BUT, sex isn't really all that great exercise.
As long as you don't have multiple partners things should be alright. Are you really having a concern or thought that this was just a fun place to put your dreams?
SEX anf Harmful naaaaaaaaaaaaaa way.

Enjoy as much you can, you can burn lot of fat by doing so.
not at all. it is healthy
No, it is not harm-full. If anything, it is great exercise and should help your health. Also good for your mental health!
no
The frequency of sex is an individual thing, some have sex even twice a day and do so for years. Many people believe that it weakens the body, but research has shown that that is not true...some claim it is debilitating to the mind...I babble sometimes...but I still continue...The same as masturbating causing blindness...stupid old tales...but I have to wear glasses now. As a physician, it will do not harm to you but I would suggest you increase it to seven times a week...have to be fair!
yes it is you need to have it at least once a day for good prostate health.
no not at all if u could
I hope not! No, really, I think you should have it as many times as you want...why put a number on it? If you can, I say, go for it!
No sex that often is not harmful at all. Just make sure you and her are healthy and free of any stds. Go on with having sex as often as you want and have a great time.
