I believe it's called Vasdeferenitis - and if not detected early enough, a penisectomy (amputation of penis) could be required. The head of your penis will be detached from the shaft, then the shaft will be cut at the pubic bone - and in most cases the head can be re-attached, so you will have about 3/4" to hold when you urinate.
