This is a medical condition that could easily be treated by an endocrinologist. Before you take any steps toward protein shakes and all that jazz, I would suggest that you have a thorough physical and then follow the doctors advice.
If I where to simply say drink shakes, I might be sending you down a path to diabetes and that my dear is not something to be take lightly. Take care of your health and don't try to do it by yourself.
i'm also very skinny and have the same problem u just gotta eat a lot of carbs or go on a ice-cream diet 4 a month it'll help
I have the same problem but im alot skinnier its tuff. But don't let any1 get you down. Better underweight then overweight.
I used to have very fast metabolism and I was underweight, so what I did was starve myself for a few days then eat some junk food. When you are starving your body slows down your metabolism so you won't die of hunger, and when you do eat some food your body stores it as fat. This is a good way of gaining some pounds but it is not good to do it very often.
