Yes you can increase your size--ask guys who "pump". Doesn't every guy want a bigger one? I've known about pumping for years and that it works, but somehow don't have the desire/discipline to actually buy the equipment and use it. I do have a friend who was average about 15 years ago and now he's quite large, so I know it does work.
