I often feel dull.How do i get my energy back and so i can be cheerfull?please advise?


Question:
Most of the times, I feel physically dull and tired. Even after a good 8 hours sleep, I feel dull. I have to sleep in the afternoon for atleast 30 mins to get my energy back. otherwise i will be sleepy and tired.
I want to be active and energetic. I also have a sinus problem. my stats are age 32yrs, Ht-6foot, Weight 80kgs, average body,but i have a ponch say 40inches but my waist is 36 inches

You should start eating vitamins. If you start to exercise, you will gain energy, and feel much better. Try jogging or go to a gym.

Been there done that. It's all in the mind. Think positive & go to the gym for energy boost or simply go for a walk.
Exercise regularly;try brisk walking .Drink plenty of water to "clean out" your system.
i would just double check with a doctor and make sure you don't have a health issue, if all is OK then hit the gym, get some vitiams and have a good hard look at you life as it is at the moment there maybe something that's keeping you down and out, sometimes its a good time when your feeling low to change a few things in your life, but exercise and vitiams are really a good way to start, you could be lacking in iron as well, i think you are a guy and guys can be iron low as well so maybe you should get your doctor to test your iron levels. hope i helped a little, good luck
