what a question.. hehehe

but base on studies...

it differs from ethnicity and age...

and penis size does not matter if your only thinking of having a sibling.. for as long as the penis is inside the vagina... its capable of getting somebody pregnant..

but penis size does matter in the context of making your partner ask for more...

Why does it matter?
14-15, hehe....
depends on age full grown man 5-7 inches
Whatever size it is naturally. Forget the guys in the locker room, they will pick on everyone at some point (it's too big, it's too little, it's crooked, whatever!)
Just so you understand, there IS NO ANSWER FOR THIS QUESTION. I wrote an article on the subject and in my exhaustive search for such an answer, I found that every scientific study failed in it's test when finding an average length, even the Kinsey study which is the one most quoted did not have an adequete control method, therefore it's results are inconclusive.

The only research I have found that is worth mentioning notes that there is no proper "resting state" for the penis. Some people have the same size wether it is flaccid or hard, meanwile others have a huge one when erect, and nearly nonexistent when not erect.

What I'm saying is, if it works then don't try to fix it.

No you can't have a link to my article... Adult content...

Oh, and I noticed an answer mentioning that there is a correlation on ethnicity... It turns out that the only ethnicity correlation is that in EVERY society, there is a belief that whatever minority is in the society has a larger penis size. Yup, that is a belief in every society... strange huh?
