"large" is the smallest size available for the guys with average sized penis (4 to 6 inches or less). naming the average size condom "large" is merely a marketing ploy designed not to embarass guys with small and average d-i-c-k-s. XL is the next (for 7 to 8 inches), then XXL (for 9 to 10 inches), and XXXL (for 11 inches and above).

They don't really come in sizes. Some manufacturers make bigger condoms, like Trojan Magnum, but they're meant for big guys. Really big guys. Guys pushing the one-foot mark. Unless you're that guy, one size fits all.
