Answers:
Go circumcise
let him see a professional about this
Head covered by skin? A little confused on that statement. Are you saying is urethra opening is covered by skin? if so need to go to the urologist. If not just let nature take its course.
I am assuming you are a woman. By' head' do you really mean foreskin? If so this is normal. He is only 13 so he has at least another 8 years to grow. Men don't fully develop until they are 21. But visit your local GP if you want more reasurance that is what they are there for.
hmm yes go to an urologist . normal should be about 3.5-4.5 for a 13 year old.
First of all everyone grows at different rates.
The skin that covers it is normal too.
As he grows and develops he can go to the doctor and have the excess skin removed but you want to wait until he is developed because if they take too much. Later in life getting an erection will be painful and it will ruin his sex life.
Do wrestlers wear a cup, if so this will cover it up.
Then average adult male penis size is 4-6 inches.
AVERAGE!
Just don't harp on this or he will really get self conscious.
Then take him to your family doctor for advice! What kind of help do you expect here? As a parent, you need to ensure he gets proper medical care and advice.
