Answers:
Honey, most Doctors are not dermatologists. Ask him for a referral to a dermatologist this time when you go to see him. Don't let him remove them since he doesn't know what they are. This way the dermatologist can see them personally. They will know exactly what they are, and if by chance they don't.. then they will take a biopsy of them and send them to a lab who can tell them what they are. No need to worry, it doesn't sound like any kind of skin cancer. It could be skin tags (normal, people get them all the time and they can multiply or grow back), possibly warts (come in various styles), ingrown hairs, sweat glands or pores that are plugged, etc. Normal things that happen to most of us every day.

However, your Doc should have told you to see the dermatologist since he didn't know what they were. That is what I would be wary of. You also have Lymph-nodes in your armpit that can become enflamed )swollen( or infected when you are sick.

Weird. Maybe measles?
Should prolly go back to the doctor. All I can think of is blocked sweat ducts (usually from deodorant). Some warm water/damp compress will get rid of it but if it's not that then I don't know what.
Since your 23 maybe you should try changing your pit juice.
It could be clogged pores caused by your deodorant as suggested by others and it could also be ingrown hairs. But, if your Doctor froze some off before, most likely they are skin tags and can be removed by you with Wartner or other similar products available over the counter. Also, if you are using an antiperspirant switch to a regular deodorant because the aluminum in antiperspirants can cause unhealthy reactions in some people.
