How do I make my heart muscle stronger?

Question:
I am 46yrs of age and I have been prescribed meds. for blood purser, cholesterol, a blood thinner and a ace-inhibiter.

Answers:
once heart muscle has been damaged, it is damaged. However, the medications you have been prescribed will help prevent further damage. Never stop taking these medications unless your cardiologist tells you to as this could kill you. you can also prevent further damage by excercising, losing weight and following a heart healthy diet (ex: low cholesterol, low sodium) I have seen first hand the dangers associated with heart disease and you have a chance to prevent any more problems. No magic cure for this one, sorry.

Other Answers:
drink milk
the best thing is to ask your doctor.

But if you exercise so that your heart beats at 80 % of its maxomum capacity then the heart gets stronger.

Because you have many problems at this age you should control your diet habits and timings.
