Answers:
5lb a week is unrealistic/unhealthy. Your routine sounds good. For losing weight you should do more cardio though. The push ups and walking will not help all that much. Running more will help and so will swimming--it burns a lot of calories. Stay away from carbs and fats and don't rush into your new routine all at once, you'll fail. Ease into it slowly to achieve lasting results

Other Answers:
Probably not. At first you lose water weight then tapper off to about 2 or 3 lbs. a week. Not healthy to lose weight to fast.

no, you should lose 4 the first week and then about 2 each week thereafter Yes,as long as you are healthy and dont starve yourself

be careful. it should be closer to 3 lbs a week if your going balls to the wall. try 6 small meals a day, that allows the body to have enough power supply to maintain without storing any excess away

ul lose water qyuickly and ur gonna burn urself out ull gt super tired and **** the whole thing together plus possibly half that weight will be muscle detorioration and muscle is ur best bet in fighing against fight since one pound muscle burns 60 xtra cals a day so shoot for 2 pounds a week run for like 45 minutes in the mornig when glucose levels are low lift weights and eat healthy
