No that is not a sick question, and it is absolutely normal for your urine to be that color, it is either caused by the B-vitamins or the coloring they put on the outer part or both.

The urine is a brighter yellow/green (like Mountain Dew?) because your body is excreting the excess B vitamins. B vitamins are water soluble; meaning you will simply pee out any extra that your body doesn't need for the day. It's totally normal. If you were to go buy & take a B Complex 100 mg. tab; you'd have the very same results.
And, just FYI.always take the Centrum with food. Otherwise, you're peeing out the entire vitamin content! Vitamins need food to bond to & be absorbed by the body. sure no problem.drink alot of water and the urine should be clear too.
