just recently during masterbation my balls get all cold and 10 minutes after im done i feel all constipated is this normal. also when i semen its not a joyful sensation anymore.

Not Good. see a doctor.. ejaculation should always be an enjoyable sensation. I would say the same thing if a woman said she did not enjoy climax either.. That's why they call it climax.
