It doesn't bother ferility,however when having sex you can strain your hernia causing more pain and you really need to go to the doctor and discuss it and have it looked at.

Fertility, no, but sexual performance, perhaps. You don't want to strain yourself when you have a hernia. Let it heal or get it fixed before "exerting" yourself too hard.
