I started taking it about 2 months ago with no side effects, it is suppose to cleanse your liver. I tried to get my husband to take it cause he drinks beer, I thought it would done him good and he refused so I starting taking it. I really don't notice a difference so I don't know if it is really cleansing, I drink lots and lots of water so, like I said I can't tell.
I guess it can't hurt ...

Well usually people take it while they take steroids. It cleans and protects the liver from the toxic components of the steroids.
