Help! Do I have cancer?? Something is growing on top of my testicles!?

Question: Today at work, my crotch area started hurting and it gets worse if I stand up. If I lie down or lift my legs up, the blood doesn't go there and it doesn't hurt. But When I check my testicles, I can see lumps of things inside the scrotum on top of my testicles... What am I diseased with?!?

Joy is right, Cancer can be felt with like fingers coming out. Also cancer is very hard and not moveable. I would go to the dr. It probably is a cyst, or a hernia. When my husband had a hernia he had the same symptoms. And it hurts real bad.

you most likely have a cyst, but get it checked. If it moves, it is not cancer. Cancer has "fingers"

That sounds like normal testicular growth. Testicular cancer usually only affects one testicle and is generally painless. However you should ask your doctor about the pain you are having. Your underear may be strangling you. Try going without.
