Decrease your calorie intake by 150-300 calories a day and 1500-2000 calories a week. Eat foods that are high in protein and carbohydrates (good carbs like pasta and whole grains not sugar). Eat lean meats like chicken, lean beef, and fish. Exercise for about an hour a day using weight training and cardiovascular exercises.

Also decrease the amount of fat you eat. Avoid foods that are high in saturated fats and sugar. Cut out sodas from your diet and candy bars as well.

When the diet gets tough it's ok to reward yourself with a bowl of ice cream or a big meal but try to avoid doing this to often. I try to "reward" myself once every two weeks. That way I don't get to tired of eating the same thing every day.


Weight train at least 4 days a week and do intense cardio 5-7 days a week.
