Weight loss through jogging?


Question:
Can some one tell me an approximate relationship between miles one should jog for acheiving a weight loss and for how long?

Answers:
1 mile @5mph = 150 calories
so i jog 2 miles everyday with some other excersizes. maybe around 5 if you are really serious and do nothing but jog

They have a great beginning running plan. As for how long you should run to achieve weightloss, its really dependent on how fit you are now.
you can find this on the internet. for a mile. i think its like 70 calories. for someone who weighs like 150.. you can look it up for different weights
