No one knows how long that person would live. most likely it would shorten their natural lifespan. More importantly though, even if that person did live for a long time, what would their QUALITY of life be? Would they have to live with health problems. financial strain from medical bills, doctor/hospital visits, medication. would they be capable of playing with their grandchildren someday? I'd say late 40s into 60.
But who knows.

Your liver and lung will age before your actual age. When we abuse our selves the inside organs age faster, that's why so many people need transplants. Don't worry about starting a savings account. On this regime someone would probably be dead before their first birthday.
