Answers:
If you mean a digital prostate exam, then I think if you immediately test the PSA that there is no significant change in PSA levels.

Other Answers:
The colorectal "test" is for colo-rectal cancer. The psa is for prostate cancer. They are not the same.
A Digital Rectal Exam is used to find any swelling in the Prostate area. If swelling is found PSA testing is then preformed.

Colorectal screening has no effect on a PSA Test.

If you have been feeling tired, fatigued, there is a change in your voiding or bowel movements, your Doctor may have drawn blood for a blood panel. If certain markers were elevated, he may be looking for the most common causes of the elevation.

These three tests are the easiest to preform and are great preventative tools. They can find cancers at an earlier stage and probably save your life.
Any irritation to the urinary tract or rectal area can temporarily raise the PSA a few points. Also an infection anywhere in the body but especially bladder. Generally not of any concern if 10 or under depending on the source of irritation. I've seen readings around 20 after a Foley catheter. It's of concern if it continues to rise. Don't panic, but don't ignore it. Have another PSA drawn in 30 days.
