How much worth does working out has?
For a Chinese man living in N America (who is struggling with limiting beliefs and limiting reality), how much does working out and staying in shape affects his ability to attract a partner in his life? I know this is a relative question, and it will differ on the women's taste.
I would have to say it depends more on the men's personality, and his ability to communicate in American accent, and Americanized English. However, being in good shape and good health will spill over positively to other aspects of men's life.
I also see plenty of N American women who are out of shape or are going out of shape prematurely.
Is making exercise a part of life worth it for a Chinese man?

Now, a strong, and healthy man, no matter his age, appearance, culture, even language, is a desireable man for any woman.
Beside the fact that daily exercise will make you feel absolutely wonderful, exercise will greatly SLOW the process of aging, greatly REDUCE the pains, injuries and sicknesses of life.
Exercise is for EVERYONE.

Regular work out is necessary for your physical fitness, Chinese or not. It also gives you self confidence and a sense of well being which can lead to better things in life.
(Only a small percentage of people will get a he-man look. So don't make that your goal.)
Unless you're especially good-looking your looks are a liability. However, no point making your situation worse by being out of shape too! I can conceive of situations where your physical state might well be a decisive factor in the achievement of your goal, though it will have been the non-physical characteristics which have brought you within sight.
