You know what helped me when I was getting these is to be sure and brush your gums every morning and night. Once I started doing that, I've rarely had them since. TAke vitamin, drink plenty of water n have a good sleep.

I had them for almost 10 years. My current doctor asked me to start taking Folic acid pills and now I dont see them orruring anymore. Some one recommended me to apply glycerine or butter over it, but its a temporary solution Could be a vitamin deficiency.

OK! Now for a bit of grandma's cures. I know all you YOUNG folks will think it's too old fashioned but try a half teaspoon of Arm & Hammer Baking soda and apply it directly on the ulcer and let it set ther for about three or four minutes. Then rinse. No it doesn't hurt, is PERFECTLY safe, and besides, it will help clean up your breath at the same time. Repeat twice a day for two ro three days and the ulcers will be history (and so will your bad breath).

take a lot of vitamin c!
